JFSI
was founded in 1998 by John E. Fair. Prior to founding
JFSI, he was Senior Technical Architect for US Airways,
and in that role he was
instrumental in design of a technical architecture plan that
included the integration of the Internet into the airline's
core business strategy.
After leaving US Airways, Mr.
Fair -- deeply committed and with strong feelings about
Information Technology in small to medium sized companies -- decided to leverage his over 30 years of business and
Information Technology experience to help businesses best utilize and integrate the Internet
into their overall business strategies.
Mr. Fair has long been convinced that
small to medium
sized businesses have exactly the same requirements as their
big cousins -- the difference being a matter of scale.
He was also adamant that a company's small size never
justified it being inefficient.
Mr. Fair began his Information Technology career in 1970.
Since then, he has been involved with "big iron" mainframe
systems, client/server based technologies, personal
computers, thin client computing, local and wide area
networking and relational database technologies. He is
well equipped to leverage his experience in Insurance,
Banking, Transportation, Medicine and a company that
produced computer performance and capacity planning software
to advantage with companies in virtually any industry. |
